Return & Refund Policy

At D20 Epic Level, customer satisfaction is important to us. We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders, and we follow their established fulfillment and return procedures as described below.
Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. Any claims for misprints, damages, or defects must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is confirmed as an error on our part or our production partner’s, the item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
To start a claim, please email support@d20epiclevel.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
Return Address and Processing
All returns are handled through Printful’s fulfillment facilities. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If a different return address is used, the sender becomes responsible for any returned shipments received.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
If a customer provides an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. Once an updated address is confirmed, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the order cannot be reshipped, it will be donated to charity without a refund.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility. Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment or may choose to have the items donated to charity.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include face masks, customized products, and other made-to-order items. These products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse such as size, color, or design preference are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Customers who wish to request an exchange must contact support@d20epiclevel.com. If approved, such requests will be handled at the customer’s expense.
European Union Customers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Printful reserves the right to refuse returns that meet these criteria.
Summary
Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days. Returns are processed through Printful facilities only. Custom and hygiene-related products are final sale. Buyers are responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages. Unclaimed orders are donated to charity after 30 days.
