Shipping Policy

At D20 Epic Level, we take pride in ensuring each order is processed and shipped with care. Our products are fulfilled either through our in-house partner Printful or through approved independent vendors who sell their own products on our marketplace.

1. Order Processing

Orders fulfilled by D20 Epic Level through Printful are produced on demand. Each item is created once your order is placed. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days.
Independent vendors may have their own production timelines and fulfillment schedules. Any vendor-specific processing times will be noted on the product page or provided by the vendor directly after purchase.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the fulfillment location and destination. Estimated delivery times for Printful-fulfilled products are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Independent vendors may have their own shipping and delivery timeframes. Those details are determined by the vendor and may differ from Printful’s standard estimates.

3. Vendor Shipping Policies

Products sold by independent vendors within our store are shipped directly from those vendors. Each vendor is responsible for their own packaging, handling, and shipping process.
Vendor shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times may differ from the D20 Epic Level standard shipping structure.

By purchasing from a vendor through our marketplace, you acknowledge that the vendor’s individual shipping and return policies apply to that specific product. Vendor policies are available on their individual product listings or vendor profile pages.

If your order includes both D20 Epic Level products and vendor products, the items may arrive in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, quantity, and destination.
If your order includes multiple products from different vendors, each vendor may charge a separate shipping fee according to their own rates and policies.

5. Tracking and Delivery

When your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
For multi-vendor orders, separate tracking numbers may be issued for each package.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting support.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional reshipment fees.
Unclaimed packages returned to fulfillment facilities are donated to charity after 30 days.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@d20epiclevel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
For vendor-fulfilled orders, we will coordinate with the vendor on your behalf to resolve the issue according to their policy.

8. International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, the order value may be forfeited minus shipping costs.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing products from multiple vendors or from both Printful and vendor sellers may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
