Special Guests

Special Guest appearances are not guaranteed and are scheduled based on availability, interest, and confirmation. Dedicated time slots are reserved throughout the weekend to accommodate Special Guest programming if filled.

Special Guest Schedule Availability

Allotted Special Guest time slots are as follows:

Friday: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM

Each scheduled appearance is approximately 50 minutes in length.

Individuals interested in appearing as a Special Guest are invited to contact the event team through the official contact page or by email at D20epiclevel@gmail.com to request an available time slot.

All approved Special Guests receive a 4-day vendor pass valid for the entire convention.

Special Guests may host meet-and-greet sessions, participate in panels, answer audience questions, or engage with attendees in other approved formats.

All proceeds from meet-and-greet sessions go directly to the Special Guest. During scheduled sessions, Special Guests are welcome to sell brand-related merchandise such as T-shirts, prints, or accessories.

The purchase of merchandise is optional and is not required to participate in autographs or meet-and-greet interactions.

Pricing for autographs and photographs varies by Special Guest and is determined solely by the Special Guest. Prices typically range from $20 to $150, depending on the guest.

The convention retains a 15% service fee on autograph and photo transactions only. Special Guests retain 100% of profits from merchandise sales, and no percentage is collected on merchandise.

Access to the Special Guest area is free for all attendees. A managed queue system will be in place for attendees who wish to participate in autograph or photo opportunities.

Autographs and photo opportunities may be purchased individually and are entirely optional. All pricing adjustments are at the discretion of the Special Guest.

VIP members receive one complimentary autograph and one complimentary photograph, taken by the attendee or by staff upon request. This benefit applies only to eligible VIP ticket holders and will be clearly disclosed in VIP ticket terms and Special Guest contracts.

Special Guest sessions will take place in a designated area within Heritage Hall Salon A. This area will be sectioned off and staffed with security as needed to ensure an orderly, safe, and respectful experience for both guests and attendees.

Sunday:

Each listing will include the guest’s name, appearance day(s), scheduled time slot(s), and the type of appearance, such as meet-and-greet, panel participation, or special session.
